Review the Welcome Page

Upon logging into the Web site, you'll see the Welcome page. The last account you accessed on this page serves as the default and a brief summary report for the account displays, providing you with a quick overview of the latest account information. Additionally, the Welcome page includes a synopsis of the information you can access throughout the rest of the account portal.

On the Welcome page:

1. For more detailed information regarding the Account Summary report, choose a record such as Last Invoice or Account Balance to display either the document associated with that link or the portal page on which the corresponding report processes.
2. Applicable if you have access to multiple accounts.To view an account summary for a different account, use the Select Account drop-down list to choose another account. The options displayed in the account drop-down list depend on your profile setup.
3. Access researchable information for account Orders, Credit and Price Notices (as applicable) in addition to the Your Profile and Contact Us pages via the menu bar above the Welcome message.
4. Scroll down the Welcome page for descriptions for the available portal pages. You can also access the portal page by choosing its corresponding description with your cursor.

After reviewing the Welcome page, explore the rest of the account portal using the navigation bar.
