Log In and Out
By logging in and out of the account portal, you view account information based on your custom profile and close active sessions in a secure manner.
Log In
- On the account portal's default page, enter your username and password. The username is typically the e-mail address entered in Your Profile information.
- Choose the Login button.
- If logging in for the first time or with a temporary password, see Change Your Password.

Log Out
- Choose the Log Out button in the top-right corner of the web site.
- After you've selected the Log Out button, the account portal returns to the original Login page. To access your account information again, enter your username and password before choosing the Login button.
