How Can I Retrieve My Password?

You know your username, but have forgotten your password and can't get into the account portal.

1. Select Forgot your password? on the account portal's default page, which displays the Reset Password page.
2. Enter the E-Mail Address for your user profile.
3. Once your e-mail address is verified, the Secret Question selected in Your Profile displays. Enter the Answer to Secret Question, identical to the Secret Answer in Your Profile.
4. Choose E-Mail Temporary Password. You'll shortly receive a password via e-mail good for a one-time entry. Upon using the temporary password to log in, you'll be prompted to change your password immediately before accessing the rest of the account portal.

Alternatively, if you know another account portal user with administrative rights, you could ask he or she to log into the account portal to reset your password on the Your Profile page. If an administrator resets your password, you'll receive a password via e-mail good for a one-time entry. Upon using the temporary password to log in, you'll be prompted to change your password immediately before accessing the rest of the account portal.
